At Advertalyst Private Limited, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service to our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellation and refund requests will be handled.
1. Subscription and Billing Policy
- All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- We offer a 7-day free trial for new users to evaluate our services before committing to a paid plan.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances. By subscribing, you acknowledge that no refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at hello@quicknhs.com.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires.
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing cycle after cancellation.
- After your subscription expires, you will lose access to premium features but can reactivate your subscription at any time.
3. Plan Changes and Reactivation
- To upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, you must first cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire at the end of the billing period.
- Once your current subscription has expired, you may subscribe to a new plan of your choice.
- Reactivation of a cancelled subscription is only possible after the current billing period has ended. You cannot reactivate a cancelled subscription while it is still active.
- No prorated refunds or credits will be provided when changing plans or reactivating subscriptions.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds policy: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable except in cases of demonstrable product failure as determined solely by Advertalyst Private Limited.
- Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where there are significant technical issues or service deficiencies that prevent the proper usage of our platform, as verified and confirmed by our technical team.
- Any refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the service activation date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
- If a refund is approved by Advertalyst Private Limited, processing will take 6-8 business days, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
5. Refund Abuse Prevention
- To ensure the fair use of our services, refunds are limited to one approved request per user per calendar quarter.
- Any additional refund requests from the same user within the same quarter will not be entertained under any circumstances.
6. Reporting Issues
- If you believe the service provided does not match the descriptions or expectations, you must notify our Customer Support Team within 15 days of activation. After reviewing the details, we will take appropriate action to address your concern.
- In cases where services are provided by third-party integrations or vendors, Advertalyst Private Limited will not be liable. Customers are advised to refer such issues directly to the third-party service provider under their respective policies.
